Year 5 have had a wonderful Mental Health Awareness Week. Throughout the week, we have introduced some new techniques for looking after our mental health. We talked about the '5 Ways to Well-being' and reflected on how we can introduce these into our own lives. Some of the activities we have added to our toolkit include: QiGong, listening to music, mindfulness colouring, guided meditation, gratitude journaling and even philosophical 'Thunks'! We will definitely be continuing with these activities throughout the year to ensure that we are always prioritising our well-being.
