NPS children are clearly in demand with 62 independent Senior School places being offered to our 28 children.
Our pupils achieved an incredible 100% success rate at Dame Allan’s, NSB and NHSG for full fee-paying places.
Royal Grammar School continues to be a popular choice with 57% of children being offered places and half of the cohort taking up Year 7 places.
Nine boys were offered places at Newcastle School for Boys.
Newcastle High School for Girls was a popular choice this year with 25% of our children furthering their studies here.
Scholarship awards were given to our pupils for academic and sporting excellence at Newcastle School for Boys and Newcastle High School for Girls. The value of these highly sought after awards vary up to 30% remission in fees.
From their achievements, it is clear that the children have taken full advantage of the specialist primary education we provide at NPS and we are delighted that they are all approaching the next step in their school careers with confidence.
