A warm welcome always awaits our children and their families each morning between 8:00 and 8:30am. With a full and varied timetable ahead, you can be confident that your child will be busy, engaged and supported throughout the day.
No two days are ever the same at NPS. Our pupils quickly learn to embrace variety and curiosity as part of their everyday learning experience. Lessons are delivered by a team of highly skilled form teachers and subject specialists, offering depth, challenge and regular opportunities for hands-on learning. Children make full use of our excellent facilities, which include a dedicated STEM hub, computing suite, art studio, sports hall, multiple playgrounds, and our ever-popular forest school.
After a morning of active learning, children enjoy a hot, freshly prepared lunch served in our dining room. These mealtimes provide a valuable opportunity to come together as a school community in a relaxed, family-style setting where social skills are developed and friendships strengthened.
The end of the school day is staggered, gradually extending from 3pm in Early Years to 4pm for older pupils. For those who wish to stay later, the school remains open until 5:30pm, with a wide range of after-school clubs, homework sessions and time to relax with friends.
